Yin Qigong & Women's Health

October is Breast Health Awareness month and I am devoting most of my classes, workshops, and free introduction to Yin (Women's Qigong). Licensed healthcare practionners are joining me in this effort to promote wholestic health for women, including San Diego Cancer Center and Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine.
Breast Cancer is almost epidemic with the good news recovery rate is improving. Women have traditionally been taught to check their breasts once a month for lumps, and that is it!  Legally, you may not be massaged on your front torso, where women need it the most.
Yin Qigong includes specific breast massages for prevention of and healing from breast disease. The entire practice cultivates the unique energy patternes of women promoting gynecological and overall health, and cultivates strong Yin (feminine) energy. Women of all ages are welcome to attend. I look forward to sharing this extraodinary practice of self discovery with you.
