Fay was honored to deliver a paper and teach a CEU workshop at the 6th International Conference on Daoist studies held at Loyola-Marymount University June 2 - 6.
Daoism is the historical and philosophical basis of Chinese thought and culture.

Conference opened with Sacred Script. Master Yan Kwai Leung, using a sword with a caligraphy brush tied to the tip, evoked energy patterns from Qigong movements, the connection with "the mystery beyond all mysteries".

Fay's workshop on Yin Qigong. Workshop was attend by Ingrid Ruether, a certified teacher of Liu Yafei, creator of the Nuzi Qigong form from which Yin Qigong is based; she verified Fay's intepretation of Nuzi Qigong.

This inspirational conference was organized by Dr. Robin Wang, and Dr. Livia Kohn, preeminent scholar, prolific writer and long time practitioner of Neidan (internal Qigong). She created Three Pines Press to advance access to scholarship on all aspects of Daoism.

The conference was attended by over 120 scholars, practitioners, and medical professionals from around the world. Each session was a forum for exchange of information from each of these perspectives.
